This Consent Agreement is entered into the parties for the purpose of simultaneously commencing and concluding this matter. It is issued to Williams Field Services for the unauthorized discharge of approximately 7700 gallons of wastewater overflowed the primary process wastewater impoundment, spilling down the hillside directly into Pine Gulch and then the Florida River.
