This Administrative Order is issued to the Fort Belknap Indian community, owner, and Prairie Mountain Utilities, Operator, of the Agnes Leggins Public Water Supply. The violations include exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; failure to take repeat samples following a positive coliform bacteria sample, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to notify the State and EPA of the violations.
