This Administrative Order is issued to the Fort Belknap Indian Community, owner, and Prairie Mountain Utilities, operator, of the Hays/White Cow Public Water System. Their violations consist of exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria, failure to provide public notice of the violations and failure to notify EPA and the State of the violations.
