The Administrative Complaint alleges that Respondents violated the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Storm Water Discharges From Construction Activities ( CGP ) at Dunham Farm Condominium. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that Respondents failed to document routine facility inspections and failed to implement and maintain best management practices, as required by the CGP.
