An AO is being issued against Quality Spraying Technologies, Inc. (Quality) for violations of the federal National Emission Standards for Hazardous Pollutants. Specifically, Quality is being sited for notification, reporting and HAP emission violations pursuant to the surface coating of miscellaneous metal parts and products MACT standard (MMP&P MACT) found at 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart MMMM. The AO requires Quality to comply with the MMP&P MACT requirements.
