The AO contains EPA's findings that NEG violated conditions of Clean Air Act Permit Number RG1-DPA-CAA-01 pertaining to the sulfur content of fuel oil burned during a regasification process in May 2008. The AO requires NEG to take steps to come into compliance with permit conditions, to monitor, record, and report fuel oil burning data to EPA, and to install and operate data acquisition and handling systems on vessels conducting regasification operations at the port.
