Violation: Respondent's oil field facility was a point source which discharged pollutant to waters of the US. The Respondent reported the violationd to the EPA in September 2007, and was inspected by the EPA on September 27, 2007. The pollutant discharged was oil field brine to the receiving waters of Cottonwood Creek.
