This settlement agreement is made and entered into by EPA and George Stanley Auclair, Jr. and concerns the Auclair Superfund Site. In response to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the site, EPA undertook response actions at the site pursuant to Section 104 of CERCLA. This agreement requires the respondent to pay EPA for these past response costs.
