An RMP inspection was conducted on September 10, 2008 at St John Ferilizer located at East 102 Front St, St. John, WA 99171. The facility is a fertilizer manufacturer. The facility's a program level 2 with 2 covered processes. The 2 covered processes are (1) anhydrous ammonia and (2) aqueous ammonia (greater than 20% concentration). Violations of 40 CFR Part 68 was found during the review of the Risk Mangement Program for both processes.
