This Administrative Order is issued to the Indian Ridge Water Conservancy District for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to collect 5 routine total coliform samples after a total coliform positive sample in the preceding month; failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA and the State.
