This Expedited Consent Agreement and Final Order is issued to PPL Montana for the unlawful discharge of approximately 29 gallons of oil into the Cochrane Reservoir and for failure to prepare and implement a SPCC plan for its Cochrane Dam Hydroelectric Power Plant.
