This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to Johanson Dielectrics, Inc. The violations alleged are: (1) storage of HW without a permit; (2) failure to close containers; (3) failure to maintain aisle space; and(4) incomplete contingency plan. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $5000.
