This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to the Valley Grove Homeowners Association for exceeding the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State.
