Violation: Respondent is an operator of an oil and gas production facility located in Osage County Oklahoma. The EPA had observed the facility had discharged oil field brine to the receiving waters of tributary of Hominy Creek during inspections conducted on December 13, 2007, and April 30, 2008.
Relief: For these violations an Administrative Complaint is being issued to the Respondent. In the Complaint a penalty amount of $11,450 is proposed.
