On March 5, 2009, EPA issued a Notice of Determination based on self-disclosures provided by Allegheny College pursuant to the Agreement between the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (ÂAICUPÂ) and EPA dated March 24, 2004, regarding violations of the CAA, EPCRA, RCRA, TSCA and the CWA, at Allegheny College and 28 target housing units located in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
