On March 5, 2009, EPA issued a Notice of Determination (ÂNODÂ) based on self-disclosures provided by Elizabethtown College pursuant to the Agreement between the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (ÂAICUPÂ) and EPA dated March 24, 2004, regarding violations of the RCRA and EPCRA at Elizabethtown College located in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.
