This Administrative Order is issued to United Methodist Camp Association for failure to monitor the system's water to determine compliance with the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria, failure to collect repeat samples after a total coliform positive sample, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to notify the State and EPA of the violations.
