The Settling Agreement and Order on Consent concerns the Barry Bronze Bearing Company Site located in Camden, New Jersey. The EPA performed a removal action at the Site that was completed in May 2005. EPA removed approximately 638 tons of lead contaminated soil and 120 cubic yards of non-hazardous debris from the Site for off-site disposal. The Settling Agreement and Order on Consent is issued by EPA pursuant to Section 122(h) of CERCLA and requires the Settling Parties to pay EPA.
