A storm water compliance inspection was conducted, by EPA at the commercial construction site for La Quinta Inn in Broussard, LA. It was determined that the owner (operator) had not applied for permit coverage under the LPDES Construction General Permit for Small Construction Activities not had developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. An administrative order was issued 9/9/2008 to address the violation. An Expedited Settlement Offer was extended because of the size of the site.
