Criterion General violated provisions of the Construction General Permit. Specifically, Criterion General had prepared an inadequate storm water pollution prevention plan and failed to install certain storm water control measures. Storm water discharges from the construction site will flow into the Chena River, located approximately 150 yards from the edge of the disturbed soil area. Criterion General has agreed to pay penalties for the violations and has updated the SWPPP.
