This administrative order is issued to the Town of LaBarge for failure to install corrosion control treatment after exceeding the copper action level; failure to collect additional monthly routine samples for total coliform bacteria after the month following a positive result; failure to monitor routinely for nitrate; failure to monitor routinely for radioactivity; failure to notify the public of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA.
