Facility has 2 PCB Transformers in service. Respondent failed to comply with PCB use Regulations with regard to them. Respondent is considering the removal of the transformers and an additional PCB Contaminated Transformer and will probably perform a PCB SEP for their removal and disposal as an offset to the penalty.
