This administrative penalty order is issued to the Wind River Land & Cattle Company for the unlawful placement of dredged or fill material into the Wind River, including its side channels, on their property at a site located in the northeast quarter of Section 24, Township5 North, Range 5 West, the southwest quarter of Section 19, and southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 4 West of the Wind River Meridian, Fremont County, within the exterior boundaries of the Wind River Indian Reservation.
