EPA is submitting this referral for civil action against Kor Ethanol, Inc. for violations which include unauthorized discharge of dredged and fill material into waters of the US. The civil action is also for failure to have secondary containment for the oil storage tanks and the loading/unloading area, and failure to develop and implement a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan.
