EPA representatives inspected Bakery Chef, Kent, WA (Bakery Chef) facility. on August 9, 2004. Based upon this inspection, EPA believes Bakery Chef?s Risk Management Program is deficient in the following areas::Hazard Assessment, Process Hazard Analysis, and Emergency Response. This penalty is being offered as an Expedited Settlement Agreement.
