Levee construction caused direct impacts to 1.8 acres of wetlands located east of Wade street in Section 26, Township 13 South, Range 12 East, near Pierre Part in Assumtpion Parish, LA. EPA is closing this Administrative Order issued on March 22, 2005,to Fred Settoon on Docket # CWA-06-2005-2744 as this action has been superseded by the Administrative Complaint filed on April 7, 2007, against Settoon, Inc.
