EPA inspected this facility and determined that it was not properly designed to contain all wastewater and storm water runoff. The facility discharged storm water during the rainfall event which occurred on June 29, 2004.
RELIEF: Facility must take all necessary measures to prevent any further discharges of pollutants to waters of the U.S., initiate a weekly visual inspection program to determine if any discharges are occurring, submit information concerning discharges at the facility within the last 5 years, and apply for CAFO permit coverage.
