This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) pursuant to CERCLA section 106(a) issued to the Oahu Sugar Company, LLC, to perform a removal action at the former Oahu Sugar pesticide mixing plant located within the boundaries of the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex NPL Superfund Site. The Order directs Oahu Sugar to further delineate the extent of contamination and install an interim cap.
