Respondents discharged dredge and or fill material consisting of rocks and sand into 3.2 acres of forested and scrub shrub wetlands. Two streams are located on the property and discharge to Gastineau Channel. The property is highly visible from Old Glacier Highway. The neighbors have expressed concerned about possible contamination.
