Martin Nygaard, owner of the property that was the former Seaside Equestrian Center, dredged out material from ditches and drainageways associated with Thompson Creek and Stanley Lake which is connected to the Pacific Ocean. The dredge material was then placed into wetlands adjacent to the drainageway. Compliance Order requires that a wetland delineation be completed on the property in order to determine the full extent of affected wetland areas.
