Permittee is a Municipality, under the laws of the State of Louisiana, and operates a wastewater treatment plant, located in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. Permittee was issued Administrative Orders CWA-6-1236-99, CWA-06-2003-1889, CWA-06-2004-1788, and CWA-06-2004-1925, for I&I concerns, violation of effluent limitationsm and inspection reports. Respondent is ordered to comply with a Compliance Schedule submitted April 2005. Permittee is subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
