This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Red Lane Domestic Water, Inc. for failure to monitor tap water for lead and copper; exceeding the total coliform maximum contaminant level; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to complete consumer confidence reports; failure to notify the public of the violations,and failure to report the violations to EPA.
