This is an Administrative Order pursuant to SDWA issued to Mr. Pat Paulsell of Arizona Windsong Water Company, Sanders, AZ. The violations involve failure to test for lead and copper, issue water quality reports and public notices and failure to monitor and exceeded the MCL for coliform bacteria.
