VIOLATIONS:  The Respondent�s oil production facility was a �point source� of �discharge� of �pollutants,� to the receiving waters of Spring Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 5 South, Range 1 East, Carter County, Oklahoma.  The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a March 23, 2005, inspection.


RELIEF:  The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants.  It also recommends that the Respondent reconstruct the secondary containment, install a new saltwater tank, and install an automatically operated sump pump.
