## Summary

Peba Oil & Gas Company
CWA-06-2005-1968
TXU010506

VIOLATIONS: The Respondents oil field flow line was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically oil field brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Cobb Hollow, located in Montague County, Texas. An April 11, 2005, EPA inspection documented the discharge of oil field brine from the flow line to the tributary.

RELIEF: RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants and to neutralize the brine contaminated areas by applying soil amendments to neutralize the sodium chloride. Additionally, the Order asks the Respondent to consider remediating other areas impacted by discharges. A follow-up inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the Order.
