Respondent is operating a metal machining shop and was inspected for compliance with the Clean Water Act's NPDES pretreatment program on March 31, 2005. During the inspection, it was found that the facility was an industrial activity and failed to have an NPDES storm water permit. Respondent is being Ordered to obtain a permit and come into compliance.
