Respondent was inspected by EPA on March 31, 2005, for compliance with the Clean Water Act's NPDES Pretreatment program. While no pretreatment violations were found, it was determined that the facility is an industrial activity subject to the NPDES storm water program and that the Respondent failed to have an NPDES storm water permit or storm water pollution prevention plan.
