Administrative Order issued 4/20/2005. The System failed to certify to EPA that they have conducted a vulnerability assessment (VA) and has failed to submit a copy of a VA to the EPA Administrator. In a letter dated January 3, 2005, EPA requested that the System submit a copy of the VA and VA certification to the EPA Administrator by February 28, 2005. The System did not respond.
