This is an AO pursuant to Section 309(a) of the Clean Water Act issued to GPS River Rock Products, Inc. GPS violated the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water associated with Industrial Activities. In addition, GPS discharged dredged or fill material into waters of the United States without a Section 404 Clean Water Act permit. The Order directs GPS to take specific actions to ensure complaince with the Clean Water Act.
