## Summary

Facility was inspected on 10/22/02 and 7/24/03. Violations found were: failure to keep satelite accumulation containers of hazardous waste closed when not in use; failure to inspect containers of hazardous waste on weekly basis; failure to mark or label a container of used oil with the words, Used Oil ; failure to have a complete contingency plan; and failure to file a permit application for hazardous waste storage permit within 30 days after its first noncompliance with any condition for an exemption from a permit. The reductions in Item #32 were estimated based on the amount of mis-managed hazarsous waste that was identidied during the USEPA inspection. Speciffically: five 55 gallon satelite drums and 10 five gallon containers were open during the inspection. Assuming the worst case scenario, the mis-management of the hazardous waste could have resulted in a potential release of 325 gallons of waste.
