On 9/14/2004, EPA conducted a compliance inspection of Tru Vue, Inc. in McCook, IL to determine compliance with RMP regulations. EPA found the respondent voilated regulations related to implementing CAA Section 112(r). An Expedited Settlement Agreement was sent to Tru Vue on 2/28/2005. Tru Vue, Inc. accepted the agreement, certified that they resolved all violations, and paid a penalty.
