On 6/24/2004, EPA conducted a compliance inspection of DWSD Springwells Water Treatment Plant to determine compliance with RMP regulations. EPA found the respondent violated regulations related to implementing CAA Section 112(r). An Expedited Settlement Agreement was sent to DWSD. They accepted the agreement, certified that they resolved all violations and paid a penalty.
