EPA representatives inspected Ajinomoto Frozen Foods USA Inc. on March 30, 2005. Based upon this inspection, EPA believes Ajinomoto is in violation of the following risk management program elements: Hazard Assessment, Process Safety, Process Hazard Analysis, Operating Procedures, Training, Management of Change, Compliance audits, Employee Participation, Hot Work Permit, Contractors, and Emergency Response.
