This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to FIFRA issued to Niklor Chemical Co; Trical, Inc.; and Soil Chemicals Corp. The violation involves falsification of Section 7 reports. Specifically, it was alleged that Respondents were �producers� as defined by Section 2(w) of FIFRA and submitted pesticide production reports on February 27, 2004 that included false pesticide production information for the prior year. Pursuant to the terms of the CAFO, Respondents will pay a civil penalty of $13,200 to resolve this action.
