Construction activities associated with the development of The Woodhaven Homes-Swiss Avenue Additions were found non compliant with federal NPDES storm water regulations during an EPA NPDES Compliance Inspection on 09/28/04. EPA issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement to the Respondent(Wood Haven Homes) on 01/27/05, which ordered compliance and penalty. Respondent complied with the Order and the case was thereby closed on 05/17/05.
