Construction activities associated with the development of Woodhaven Homes-White Marsh Estates was found non compliant with federal storm water regulatory permit requirements, during an NPDES Compliance Inspection by EPA on 09/28/04. EPA issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement to the Respondent (Woodhaven Homes) on January 27, 2005, that ordered compliance and penalty. Respondent complied with the Order and the case was thereby closed on 05/17/05.
