EPA has determined, based on samples analyzed 5/18 and 5/26,2005 as positive for acute fecal or e-coli coliform, the unsanitary conditions surrounding the storage tank in the bar, the location of the well in a flood plain in which the soil is saturated, and the absence of backflow devices, that the water source currently available to the System may present an imminent and substantial endangerment to the health of persons.
