An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Ed Deruyter on May 30, 2005, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On November 19, 2004, the Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site compliance inspection which revealed that this facility's animal wastes were not handled and disposed of properly, unsatisfactory to the permits requirements. This Order requires the facility to ensure the solid wastes and liquid effluent levels are maintained/disposed of properly.
