This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Heart Six Guest Ranch for failure to collect five additional routine samples after a total coliform positive sample in the preceding month; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report total coliform violations to EPA; and failure to report SDWA violations to EPA.
