Summary

Robinson Oil Company CWA-06-2005-2043 OKU000571 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil production facility was a point source of discharge of pollutants, to the receiving waters of Fourmile Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 24 North, Range 9 East, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a June 3, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants, take corrective actions to prevent deficiencies, remove and properly dispose of fluids, and perform remediation and restoration to impacted soils. It also recommends that the Respondent reconstruct the secondary containment, and install an automatically operated sump pump. Matt Rudolph 5-6434
